-: The room was smaller than the photos made it look. The room was quite dated with dirty walls and tiles chipped. The shower was on the same level as the bathroom floor which caused the whole floor in the bathroom to get wet. The mattress were uncomfortable and swayed side to side when sitting on them.

-: Hacen distinción según el precio que pagues. Por ejemplo, nuestra habitación por ser más barata tenía otras toallas de piscina. Marrones (caca), en vez de azules que es lo que tenía el resto del hotel. Trato muy desagradable. No encontraron unos paraguas y se querían quedar con nuestro pasaporte (que además es ilegal)

-: They charged us 500 baht when checking out as someone took the room umbrella we used at a bar and we replaced it. The housekeeping also started very early and there was building work going on which we weren’t informed about when we booked. People generally want a sleep in on holiday so maybe a little early to be cleaning rooms at 7am?
