+: Un lieu incroyable, tout le personnel est exceptionnel dès l’accueil et pendant tout le séjour et le service de très très grande qualité 🙏 ❤️ Le pays du sourire prend tout son sens dans ce lieu hors du temps. Toute l’équipe est prête à aider, conseiller pour visiter l’île. La chambre est décorée avec soin, le lit et les oreillers sont extrêmement confortables La vue depuis la salle du restaurant est splendide Le buffet du petit déjeuner est délicieux et très varié Je recommande sans aucune hésitation

+: The resort on its own was great. The staff were excellent. Resort was beautiful and well managed.

-: The beach was terrible. One side was terribly rocky and hazardous for any form of swim. The other side was filled with litter. It was not an inviting beach sea at all. It took 2 hours from the airport to the hotel.

+: The hotel was excellent and one of the best we stopped in during our stay at Thailand, modern and clean

-: The hotel is on a bank and there is a slope and stairs to negotiate,

-: موقع الفندق والجزيره نفسها لا يوجد بها شى وتوجد صعوبه في المواصلات صوت الحشرات عالي جدا طول اليوم

+: A stunning resort with wonderful staff and facilities. Breakfast was fantastic and the pools and private beach always were beautiful and very clean

+: I got room next to the forest which is surrounding of nature sounds that very nice! Room is big and clean, I really love the pool and staff are friendly

-: The welcome fruits in my room low quality not fresh almost dry!I’m expected better quality of food service, coffee tastes of water , I had PadThai for breakfast the noodle is hard and the beans smell bad I couldn’t finish my meal, ect.

+: The hotel was so beautiful and clean and the highlight was the incredible staff who were so warm, helpful and kind. The food was amazing, the best we ate in Thailand. Especially grateful for Neung, Ning and Team for their service, advice and help.
