+: We've been visiting Thailand for over 15 years now, and let me tell you, the hotel decor was absolutely breathtaking! It had this jungle vibe going on, but with all the latest technology to ensure everyone's comfort and experience was top-notch.The staff were beyond amazing, always there at a moment's notice to assist with anything you needed. And don't even get me started on the food - the choices were incredible, and the portions were just right.I can say with confidence, it's a solid 9.1 out of 10!

+: Very aesthetically pleasing - Looks amazing, good location, friendly staff.
-: Not very practical. Rooms aircon kept automatically turning itself to 16 degrees so the rooms got freezing overnight (I even turned it off and it somehow turned itself back on overnight). Too many light switches in the room, which was very confusing (some did nothing). Music blasts through the main pool area until approx 11.30pm. The pool view rooms have no privacy (people can see straight into your rooms and balcony). The sound proofing in the room was terrible, you can hear people’s conversations from rooms above and below. No full length mirror, the sync splashed everywhere every time I shaved. Extractor fan in shower did nothing so the room steamed up every time.
