+: حجم الفيلا والاطلالات البحري ومرافق البحر

-: تهالك بعض الاثاث وعدم نظافته وكثرة الحشرات (كالنمل في اثاث الصاله واصوات عند فتح الكبتات وازعاج عمال ترميم المكان) ولا يوجد فعاليات للاطفال بالحضانة مجانية لابد من مقابل ولا يوجد فعاليات كثيرة.

+: جميل جدا فطوره رائع اذا تبغوا غرفة اطلالة على البحر لا تفوتكم غرفة 318 شرحة وبلكونتها اكبر او احجزوا اي غرفة في الكورنر انصح فيه كمكان اقامة استجمام في منطقة لاجونا وشاطئهم خاص ونظيف

+: The hotel was beachfront and had plenty of lounging chairs and beach chair. The hotel had a lush tropical feel and lots of shades to sit under.

-: Even though we had arrived half an hour after the check in time, we were asked to wait for another 1.5 hours because the rooms (we reserved 3 rooms) were not ready. We were provided with complementary drinks and desserts at the bar, but I found the delay for more than half an hour to be unacceptable. This means we also missed the afternoon tea that came with the room that day. Another sticking point is the humidity in the guest rooms. Of the three rooms (deluxe beach front and landmark suite), the landmark suite was the least humid. Both the deluxe rooms had problems ranging from mildew smell in the shower and sink to significant condensation on the floor that caused slipping. It would be nice to have a rec room when it rains since the activities offered are all outdoors(pools, tennis, golf, except for the young kids area)
