+: The place is very good for the money, and definetly exceeded our expectations. The environment felt very homely and it was very nice, and the room was very clean. The location is very convenient, as it's a 4 minute walk to both Karon and Kata beach. It's also close to the Kata night market. The owner is a very nice lady and is friendly. We will stay here again next time.
