-: Property itself is very old, bad flooring in rooms and washroom. They could have added carpet to the rooms, it’s such a big group. Bad food quality in breakfast buffet and limited vegetarian option

-: Öncelikle kendi plajı değil bunu bilmelisiniz ancak plaja yakın. Otel çalışanları çok ilgisiz ve bilgisiz. Misafir ağırlama konusunda çok eksikler. Odalar eski, ilk odamız küf kokuyordu değiştirdik yeni odada ise klima arızalıydı su kaçırıyordu.Oteli yağmur suyu basmıştı ve havuzların çoğu çamurlu su yüzünden kapalıydı. Otelin yarısı tadilat ve inşaat içindeydi, bunların hiçbirinin bilgisi önceden verilmedi.

+: Amazingly beautiful and the restaurants hadsome of the best food experienced we Thailand.

-: In the morning breakfast which is included in the room fee, twice i didn't get coffee and twice it came totally cold, although it was an americano - not sure how it was cold unless they made it earlier and just left it for the next guest. But this was minor compared to the amazing food, beautiful grounds, and great service.

+: 酒店房间外园区内的配套设施挺多的，从正门进酒店园区要坐突突车，确保酒店安静。去往海滩过马路时有安保人员在提示过往车辆，避免交通事故，这些方面都能看出酒店的用心。

-: 我的房间空调声音比较大，而且关闭后依然有风和少量噪音，看得出空调有点老化了，噪音和风从管道其他位置传来。和前台反馈后第二天没有处理，其实也正常，这种问题很难短期处理。可以理解。另外地理位置距离商业街走路有一点点远。
