+: Everyone was friendly and it was definitely in the heart of Bangkok
-: The pool was right outside the restaurant and the men from the restaurant had nothing to do and were just hanging out by the pool.

+: The hotel was clean
-: I had stayed here years ago and it’s definitely far from the same. The hotel smelt musty. No buffet breakfast and the breakfast that was provided was like a prison tray. Staff were not near as friendly as the places we stayed before here. During breakfast my young daughter got told off by a staff member during breakfast and told we were being watched on cctv, which Very strange experience, most the hotels we stayed loved our children and made them feel very welcome.we left after 1 night even though we paid for 2. Was a very unwelcoming experience over all so we decided to leave and find a more friendly place .
