+: Amazing pool, huge room and bed, swim up bar was great, and the breakfast was beyond fantastic.

-: The surrounding area is quite run down. No fault of the hotel and not a problem really as the resort has plenty to do.

+: La propreté.

-: Les équipements n’étaient pas fonctionnels et la piscine des enfants était pleine de chenilles. Nous avons dû prendre un autre hôtel sans pouvoir nous faire rembourser. Nous avons été extrêmement déçues par cet hôtel.

+: Pool was amazing, only stayed two nights, but close to the airport so perfect stop for the end of a holiday. Staff were all lovely

-: Elevators smelt so badly of mould! I had to cover my mouth everything we went in, can’t imagine it is good to breath it in.

+: I like that the hotelresort is close to the beach and it was relatively close to the airport. We also like that there were so many options for travels. We do like the pool in the front side. The hotel is close to a stretch of road that has all the necessity stores and you do not have to go to the main street for buying products. We had the free breakfast which is a plus.

-: The bigger pool in the back looks great but some area were too close to the hotel rooms and there were constant cleaning or repair during our stay. The abandoned buildings near the hotel are a little creepy. It is super close to the hotel as well. The beach front is blocked by trees lines so you can barely see the ocean view.

+: Çok büyük tam instagramlık bir havuzu var , personel güleryüzlü, denize 2 dakika , markete kadar tuktukla rahatlıkla gidebiliyor, kahvaltı fenadeğil aç kalmadık , odalar büyük ve ferah hiç bir eksik yoktu !

-: Hotel design is appalling. Longitudinal hotel. We were lucky enough to be in the block close to reception, else it's a long walk to the furthest block. The lifts are accessed via the ear of the block. No signage. Lifts are not labelled internally for description of facilities. The floor levels are all over the place in each area of the hotel. The hotel floods during the rain showers The roof canopies to public areas appears to be an ad hoc plastic addition and loud during rain, showers so you cannot hear yourself talk. The pool is not cleaned of leaves which is needed regularly although it's a well landscaped pool. The dining hall is not sound tempered, so the volume reverberates preventing conversation. The breakfast was described as sumptuous. The food is of poor quality for a 5 star hotel. The pool bar and gym are disconnected from the main flow of the hotel - there is no walkway in shade. And it is lengthy. Again no directional signage. Our room AC did not work correctly. There are no facilities close to the hotel.

+: Vriendelijk personeel, mooi en groot zwembad. Konden ook makkelijker vroeger inchecken en later uitchecken, erg praktisch omdat we later op de dag naar de luchthaven gingen.

-: تصميم الغرفه وعدم النظافه والموظفون لا يستجيبون طلبت لي بطانيه قالت 300 بات الفنادق مجانا وطلب مويه ولم يستحيبون الغرفه بعيده لازم تطلب تيك توك يجيك

-: Its like we were stuck in a scary movie… the whole place is uncomfortable and scary.. nothing is working only reception and restaurant… bad smell everywhere… pools were so dirty that we didn’t get in it… at night all lights turned off even corridors… I had to check out before sunlight because of early flight.. Me and my kids were so scared and really panicked…i was so happy when i left the place… never again
