-: Last day for breakfast a big group turned up from outside and they didn't refill the breakfast for the people staying at the hotel.

+: The pool and slide were great for kids and adults alike but again cleanliness is a bit of an issue. The kids club room was well located near the pool so parents can relax whilst kids are safe and the same area.The restaurant and food options felt higher class than anything else at the hotel.
-: I am sorry to have to give such a low score but after having to wait until nearly 3pm to check in we went and enjoyed the pool and upon returning to the room we all lay down to relax. This was when our 2 year old was being a 2 year old and exploring when she found a pile of used condoms under the bed. Luckily the did so with a stick she was playing with and my wife saw it very quickly. I warn all parents to check the room carefully if you have young children as this could have been much worse and we were lucky our daughter did not come into full contact with the dirty items. The manager took our complaint very seriously and had the cleaning team go back into our room, they also offered for us to move rooms but we were already so tired and very disheartened by that point that we probably weren't thinking straight. In hindsight we should have moved as we never felt quite right in our room after that. We came back to a fruit basket and soft toy for our daughter but the damage was done and the room always felt dirty after that.I am not sure we will stay here again due to the unfortunate incident but it could have been a lovely stay.
