-: Room needed some general upkeep and small maintenance Eg: dirty walls and ceiling, floor boards had big gaps all over the room, Pillows smelt moldy.For the price per night, felt disappointed and may think there would be better quality hotels for equal or cheaper cost.

-: Personnel à la réception pas du tout aimable !!! Surtout la manager !!! Ne fait rien pour nous aider, nous dit qu’il n’y a pas de place pour une nuit du plus alors que l’équipe du soir nous dit que c’est ok. Chambre pour 3 personnes. On a payé un supplément de 1000 bath pour une personne supplémentaire qui n’avait même pas un lit. Dormi sur un matelas au coin de la chambre !!

+: Room is very spacious, and clean. The twin-bed is actually a very large double-bed, looks bigger than a king size. Wi-Fi is strong. Air-con is cold enough. Clear TV reception for most channels. Lots of greenery around, very resort feel. Staff are generally friendly. There's ATM and mini-mart just outside of the resort. The beach is just opposite. Many restaurants around this area are a bit pricey, but the cheaper option is actually The Sand Restaurant that's next to the resort. A number of food stalls line the street.
-: Dim light in the room. Very limited power sockets. Fridge is big, but the noise from the back of the unit is loud. Mattress is quite thin. Breakfast is ok, but could be improved, didn't know there an egg station, as nobody was manning it. Pools are lovely, but when the kids start coming in, we could only stay put on the chairs.

+: L’hôtel est en face de la plage. Personnel accueillant. Le petit déjeuner est bien fourni et à volonté. 2 ou 3 piscines pas trop profondes, rassurant avec des jeunes enfants. Hôtel calme, loin des zones touristiques bruyantes la nuit.
