+: Mostly the location, and the fact we could walk anywhere
-: I will start with the front desk crew, she was very un nice and not willing to help.The was no swimming pool, even though it was said there is an indoor pool.I had an issue with the toilets, and had to fix it myself as they said there is no issue.

+: The breakfast was quite good. It was served in my room as the restaurant was closed during my stay.
-: The hotel seems deserted and during my 3 days stay (I left one day earlier although I paid for 4D3N and did not get a refund) I have not met a single guest when I was moving in and out of the hotel everyday. There was only one receptionist, no porter or anyone else in the front office. Calls to the front desk was not answered. The pillows were firm and uncomfortable. Aircon need servicing as it was not cold. There were ants in my toilet bowl and in the table in my room. Have no idea where the ants came from. I feel eerie every night when I returned to my room. The light was dim in the doorway.

+: Location was great. Room was nice. Breakfast was decent, could have a bit more variety but for 4* it was good.
-: Bathroom shower would spray everywhere. Toilet paper very thin but this is common in Thailand. No full length mirror. Staff were ok but need to be a bit more personable. Lobby area isn’t really welcoming.
