+: Great stay in general no issues except the eggs at breakfast were served raw & and I asked for a vegetarian dish and it came with lots of shellfish in it. Plenty of restaurants nearby though, so I wouldn’t stop me from going again as everything else was great.

+: Tolle Aussicht (Sonnenuntergang vom Balkon), super Privatstrand zum Schnorcheln perfekt, Schnorchelausrüstung kostenfrei ausleihbar vom Hotel, Shuttle in die Stadt möglich, wir haben uns jedoch für einen Roller entschieden, den man ebenfalls dort buchen konnte.

-: Laute Gäste, hellhörige Zimmer. Keine Sitzmöglichkeiten auf dem Balkon. Ziemlich wenige Infos vom Personal erhalten. Man benötigt auf jeden Fall ein Transportmittel um zu Restaurants etc. zu kommen..das Hotel liegt auf einem hohen Berg. Mit dem Roller dauert es jedoch keine 10Minuten in die Stadt ;)

+: Lovely hotel with wonderful views . Beach is great especially for people who likes snorkeling as it's surrounded by a coral reef. Sunset on the beach is breathtaking . You can borrow snorkeling equipment from the reception for free . Hotel is a bit far from the town's centre, but they offer free shuttle. Staff is very polite and helpful. They can arrange snorkeling tours or transport to different areas of Thailand . Highly recommended.

+: Hotel Pinnacle Koh Tao truly holds a large potential, thanks to its breathtaking sea views and the exceptional service provided by the staff, especially a young man whose name I unfortunately did not catch. The rooms are spacious and impeccably clean, offering a comfortable stay for guests. The combination of these positives creates a strong foundation that, if nurtured with the necessary improvements, could make this hotel a standout destination on Koh Tao.

-: The hotel is a three-star hotel, so I have absolutely no idea why it’s given four-stars at Booking.com - this was the first “wrong turn”.Significant maintenance and upgrades are urgently needed to reach the hotel’s potential. The breakfast was a major letdown, falling far short of the deliciously advertised smoothie bowls and other offerings. Additionally, the resort appears worn down, with maintenance issues evident throughout—trash hidden in various spots, visible sewer pipes, and a generally neglected appearance. The pool environment was particularly disappointing, with dirty towels and a pool so unclean that we did not feel comfortable using it. Lastly, the hotel’s remote location, with nothing nearby, poses challenges for guests who do not rent a scooter, making it less ideal for those seeking convenience and accessibility.We are sad that Pinnacle did not fulfil the high expectations we had.

+: Los bungalows son amplísimos y tienen una terraza con una vista maravillosa. Hay gente que se queja de que hay que subir y bajar. Esto es cierto, pero... qué esperan en una isla como Koh Tao? Una auténtica maravilla leer un libro en la terraza de la habitación.

-: Lo que deberían mejorar es el agua de la ducha. A veces no sale con presión, imagino que por los problemas de la isla. Aparte, el desayuno podría ser más variado, y tener más fruta. Sin duda me alojaría de nuevo
