+: The Breakfast had plenty of choices, tables cleaned quickly. Food very well prepared and tasty.
-: Families letting young Children help themselves to Buffet style Breakfast without supervision. Lack of replacing lids over the food, by Guests and Staff. Pool too noisy no parental control, due to this never spent much time there. Street clothing worn in the pool by Asian Women and Not suitable Bathing wear for their culture.

+: It was in walking distance to the beach, breakfast was good, willingness to try and help was ok.
-: The beds where like sleeping on the floor, topper was offered but made no difference. Pool access room was not inviting, felt like a jail pool, dark, shallow and metal railings all around. The room smelt very damp also. And it is not beach front... many ugly vendors and dirty waterless to go past to get to the beach. Staff also told us we could get a partial refund as we left early but when booking.com contacted them they said that was not the case.

+: Das Hotel hat viele Pluspunkte! Der große Pool und die Poolbar sind echte Highlights, perfekt zum Entspannen. Das Frühstück ist ausgewogen und bietet eine gute Auswahl, sodass für jeden etwas dabei ist. Die Zimmer sind groß und sehr sauber, Housekeeping leistet hervorragende Arbeit. Das Personal ist immer hilfsbereit und freundlich.Die Lage des Hotels ist super – Bars, Restaurants, Massagen und Shopping-Möglichkeiten sind alle fußläufig erreichbar. Der Strand ist lang und großteils auch sehr sauber nicht zu überlaufen, perfekt zum Erholen. Insgesamt ein toller Aufenthalt
-: Ein paar Kleinigkeiten könnten verbessert werden: Die Fenster sind sehr dünn und bei starkem Regen wird es recht laut da teilweise Blechdächer als Vorstand verbaut wurden. Auch der Fernseher ist etwas klein für mein Geschmack aber das ist nur mein persönliches empfinden. Der Föhnen könnte etwas größer und stärker sein,und in der Dusche läuft das Wasser nur sehr langsam ab.
