+: The cleanliness, location, comfort, and general beauty of the property was exceptional. The hosts were also SO nice. They allowed me to check in 5 hours early as the place was available and we arrived in an early flight. I would highly recommend people to stay here. They even had a good gym facility and pool here. Loved this place.

+: 5min promenad till kata strand och ca 7min till Karon strand. Gång avstånd till mat och allt. Det ligger i centrum men på ett tillräckligt avstånd för att hålla bullret borta vid sovtid. Personalen är ryssar och mycket trevliga. De har en härlig pool som vätter ut mot stan. Ett bra gym. Pingis. Vi sov i 5bäddsrumm mot gården. De bästa rummen högst upp är säkert ljuvliga. De har utsikt från flera väderstreck.

-: Det jag tyckte minst om var att elen inte ingår i priset. Alla andra ställen som vi övernattade på ingår el. Utöver det så var den dyr. Jag betalade 1000baht(med rabbat. Räkningen var på ca 1140bath)för 4dagars ström. Rummet hadde 3st airconditions(dessa funkade inte ens önskvärt. De skulle visst fixa detta efter vår vistelse ). Strömmen var av alltid när vi var ute. Vi var mestadels ute. Vi sparade snålt med ström. Varma och blöta nätter. Vi hade. Airconditions stängda mestadels på natten. Med tanke på att allt var rent och bra med faciliteter så borde elen ingå. Detta framgick inte tydligt vid bokningen via Booking.com. Sen är det otroligt svårt att nå personalen. När man får kontakt med dem så är de hjälpsamma. Ingen står någonsin i receptionen. Reception finns men den är bara en prydnad. Allt står på ryska.Sängen var för hård för mig.

+: My young son and I really enjoyed our stay at Q Kata. The Location and facilitates are excellent. Comfortable beds, full kitchen, large balcony, pleasant fixtures, etc. One thing I noticed was the quiet and efficient event air conditioning system. It is much better than the single units I’ve seen in other hotels. We also loved the pool! My son was in it for much of our stay. Basically everything (convenience stores, restaurants, beach, bars, open market…) are in a 5 or so minute walk. However, the hotel is set back from the street a little, so it was nice and quiet at night. The staff at Q Kata were super helpful and friendly. I think many of them live in the building, so they were always quick to respond. They were very nice to my son when he was sad that we had to leave. Just really soulful people who made our trip one of the most memorable of our lives. Thanks, Q-Kata! We can’t wait to return!

+: Great location with a sea view in the distance, also Mountain View. Pool with views and jacuzzi. Shops and restaurants right on the doorstep, also only a few minutes walk to the beach.Friendly host and very responsive with queries and problems, left sunglasses behind and they brought on to our next accommodation in a different town.

+: מלון דירות מקסים , מיקום מצויין באמצע חוף קאטה וקארון, יש באזור מסעדות, שוק אוכל ,מסאזים , סבן אילבן,והסטארבקס ממש ביציאה מהמלון. דירה מקסימה ומרווחת,שווה לקחת דירה משקיפה לבריכה ולים. הבריכה פתוחה גם בערב כך שהילדים נהנו מאוד גם משחייה בשעות הערב. אלכס המארח מאוד אוהב ישראלים וקיבל אותנו באהבה והיה קשוב לכל בקשה.אחלה מקום.

-: לכניסה למלון יש עלייה של כ-50 מטר שיכול להקשות על זקנים,עבורנו זאת לא הייתה בעיה.

+: It’s a nice spacious property about a 5-10 minute walk from Karon Beach. It’s close to ATMs, mini marts, and restaurants.

-: Upon arrival I was told to put down a $200 deposit in case my electricity usage went above a certain value in which case I would be charged depending on how much electricity I used. I didn’t get charged upon checking out. But it’s still a weird policy to have in a hotel room. It should be noted that I was only sleeping in my room since I was out the entire day. Had I stayed in my room more time I might have been penalised with the electricity consumption charge. Another thing is that the deposit had to be in cash whether US Dollars or Thai Bhats, which made things a bit complicated. I stayed in my room 4 days and the room was never cleaned and garbage never collected.

+: Spacious 3 bedroom apartment. It was very close to walk down the drive to the shops, and only a few minutes walk to the beach.Great for families with teens, a good sized pool, table tennis table, and gym.Happy to recommend this accomodation. Staff were friendly and helpful.

+: The location is excellent with great views of the Ocean. Everything is within walking distance - beach, shops, cafes.

-: The mattress in the second bedroom was very hard and not comfortable to sleep on.
