-: Small wash basin outside of the bathroom. Only one coffee pod provided

+: Breakfast: Options wasn't the biggest I've seen, but it is delicious. Room: Stayed at the Panaroma Suite. Size of the room is ginormous. Bed was very comfortable. No sewage smell from the toilet (some old hotels in Bangkok has that) Food: Tried their Pad Krapow and Pad Thai (room service delivery from Cafe at Lvl1), both were very delicious! Location: A little walking distance towards the nearest BTS (Phrom Phong and Asoke), but not too tiring. Traffic jams are bad but to be expected. Has complimentary tuk-tuk service to take you anywhere nearby.

-: Room: Stayed at the Panaroma Suite. Stairs updown could be tiring. Sunlight from the windows by the stairs can be annoying if you're trying to sleep in as there are no curtains there. Aircon was too cold; the temperature was LOWER than what I've set for my entire stay. Bar: Went up one day and was found it was closed (though it says open on Google Maps).

+: Location is wonderful for this area, Close to BTS sky train. Walkable to the malls. Actually it is 2 big modern mall closed by, one just across the street and another just 5mins walk. Room is modern , nice and clean. Staff are friendly and nice!

-: Have to check with hotel about the shuttle service, during my stay it was out off service but would be convenient if they have service every day, especially when you travel with kids.

-: 工作人員效率很慢，入住等了很久，退房又等了很久，房間裡面沒有毛巾，迎賓飲料要自己去旁邊的餐廳領取，有些設備已經老舊，如果是休閒渡假不太適合住這裡

+: Fantastisk service, man føler velkommen, set og hørt!Lækker mad, til billige penge og skønne værelser!

-: Dårlig wifi flere steder på hotellet, men det fungere på værelset!
