+: موقع الفندق ممتاز جدا قريب من ترمنال21 و بتايا سنترال ومارينا بتايا يوجد شطاف في الحمامتم استلام الغرفه في الساعه 11.00 صباحبالقرب من الفندق تكسي اسمه ناي شخص محترم ويخدمك في اوقات الطواريء
-: خدمه الاستقبال سيئه في بعض الغرف النت يقطع كل ثانيه ماء للغرفه كل يوم قنيتين ماء فقط في حال طلبت بالمبلغ لايتم توفيرهقبل check out يتم استرجاع كل بطائق الغرفه لاستلام مبلغ التامين

+: Lage neben Terminal 21 an der Second Road .Viele Bars Restaurants und Street Food direkt neben dem Hotel .Helles Sauberes Zimmer mit genügend Ablagemöglichkeiten .Unser Zimmer im 7 OG war weg von der Strasse und sehr ruhig . Saubere Dusche .Kein Schimmel . Kleiner aber sehr schöner Pool mit Meerblick und guten Sitzen und Liegen .Gäste International,viele aus China .Personal sehr hilfsbereit .Wir hatten ohne Frühstück gebucht da viele Möglichkeiten zum Frühstück in der nähe .Insgesamt machte das Hotel einen gepfegten Eindruck .

+: The rooms were large, clean, spacious. The location was fab just by two malls and markets and plenty of tuk Tuks to take you anywhere you want to go. 5 min walk to beach and some lovely beachside bars and restaurants. The cleaners were lovely and friendly. The door staffporters were so kind and helpful aswell. The value for money was super.
-: We were a family of four staying for 7 nights in two rooms but we were separated by three floors so my husband and I had to share a room with one teenage daughter each as they did not want to be so far away from us. We did ask for connecting rooms or rooms next to each other but they said they could not do this. They said they would let us know if there was an opening. They never managed to change this. I shared a double room with my daughter on the 6th floor and the connecting room next door had a smoking guest for the first three nights - the smoke filtered through the gap in the floor between the doors and made our room so disgustingly smoky. The fourth night obviously new guests came as the smell of smoke eased but I was woken up at 5am by the couple arguing in Chinese and then the sounds of vomiting - not the greatest of soundproofing of walls. The last three nights were uneventful and we had a lovely time these days. My husband and other daughter had no such issues in their twin room however on the third floor.
