+: Das Zimmer ist groß

-: Für das säubern der Räume wird Geld verlangt 600 Bath. Für das Wechseln der Handtücher wird 300 Bath verlangt.

+: 1. location2. good view from the balcony (6 floor) and pool in the same floor3. good cleaning service and staff of Lofty company.

-: 1. everything is old. sofas must be changed! it is dangerous if you decide to sit down fast)2. 4 cups and 3 glasses for a 2 bedroom apartment. poor utensils. 3. Dirty pool in the 1 floor. sometimes dirty pool in the 6 floor and it is small. not enough for all citizens, because of not usable big one on the first floor

-: This is not holiday accommodation. There was so many issues, starting with the check-in process and being told we had to pay extra for electricity, even though they couldn't show my where this is stated in the booking terms and conditions. The spa which I had seen pictures of had a broken plug and leaked all over the balcony, causing a hazard. When I told management there was no apology, fixing or reimbursement instead we where just told "it's out of order". We asked where to put rubbish but couldn't find the place, meaning we had to keep the weeks rubbish (which was alot) in the kitchen getting smelly and in the way. Lots of things were missing or broken such as the shower head, not enough drinking glasses for all guests, leaking shower door, no hooks for all bath towels, and not enough dinning chairs for all four of us meaning we had to sit and eat on the floor to be together. These were just some of the issues. This didn't feel like holiday accommodation, instead I felt they were just wanting to take money and not provide. NOT Recommended

+: ingenting alt var opslidt og der var for lidt service der var 3 stole til fire mennesker Sofaerne var total opslidt så vi sad utrolig dårlig og vi tog puder til at sidde på Der lugtede af kloak så vi købte en del afløbsrens for at dæmpe stanken Skabene lugtede grim så vi kunne ikke hænge vores tøj i skabene. Vandet svingede fra kold til varm vand når man stod i bruseren det var særdeles ubehagelig. alting var under al kritik

-: Der var ikke noget der kunne bruges. Der var ikke nævnt at hotellet lå på en bakketop det var træls da 3 ud af 4 var dårligt gående og der var en stor bygge plads klods op ad hotellet så det støjede dagen lang det var ikke til at holde ud at være hjemme. der var mange Taxier der ikke ville køre op ad den meget stejle bakke op til hotellet

-: 1. la montée jusqu’à l’immeuble est difficile, à tel point que les taxis n’y vont pas. bon courage pour ceux qui ont de grosses valises. 2. aucun entretien régulier n’est fait: le repose serviette est absent, à la place il y a un trou. il manque un carreau dans la douche. le déroule papier toilette est cassé et pas remplacé. le canapé est trop vieux, du coup vous avez mal au dos après une heure d’assise.une prise électrique est défoncée. 3. les murs sont tellement fin que l’on partage tout avec les voisins.4 dans l’entrée- cuisine, il faut couvrir la petite fenêtre car la lumière qui est à l’extérieure éclaire comme en plein jour, du coup il ne faut pas avoir un sommeil difficile.

+: La piscine et les vues, les supermarché la mer et location moto pas loin

-: Les montés pour accéder au bâtiment était trop inclinées, un peu difficile d'accéder même pour les voitures, les routes pour aller à la plage à pied trop dangereuses pas de trottoir. La chambre était un peu sale. Salle de sport très insalubre en dégradation.

+: nous avons adoré la piscine sur le toit qui était fantastique et très propre . une superbe vu sur le couché de soleil . L’hôte était super réactif et à l’écoute je le remercie

-: nous avons eu beaucoup de problème … là clim qui fuit . les robinets des sallé de bains cassés … les toilettes qui fuit odeurs d’égout dans les salles de bain … une grosses montes pour accèdes à l’immeuble les taxis ne souhaitais pas monter
