+: Convenient location, comfortable accommodation, valuable local knowledge if you take the time to chat with your hosts, homely atmosphere, you will not find better value for you money. Matt and Anne are the perfect hosts, I recommend this accommodation to all travellers. We were obviously there to experience the Thai food, so we did not take advantage of the western food Matt prepares in the hotel however I did get to sample it and it was amazing, something I will not be missing out on next time.

+: 这家民宿是一个蓄着长胡子的叔叔开的，为人善良热情，每次见面都和我们打招呼，民宿还有两只可爱的小狗和小猫，房间整洁卫生，出门左转就是吃的按摩的，离海滩也就一两百米，住两天住得非常开心。

+: Grosses Zimmer mit einem kleinen Balkon. Das Bett war bequem und die Dusche hatte einen guten Wasserdruck. Alles war sehr sauber und das Besitzerehepaar sehr nett. Die Unterkunft ist super gelegen, ruhig in einer kleinen Sackgasse, der Strand ist zu Fuss schnell erreicht und es hat diverse Restaurants und Shops in unmittelbarer Nähe. Sehr gutes PreisLeistungsverhältnis.

+: The property was amazing, rooms were spotless and huge, exactly like the photos! It was in an amazing location on a slightly quieter street but only a 2 min walk to the more lively part of Karon! They had great facilities like pool, bar, TV where Matt put the footy and UFC on for us! Matt was great, an absolute perfect host! He offered advice on best places to go and costings of certain things which was really helpful! It was perfect in every sense of the word, we will definitely be back in the future!

+: Very cozy, clean, spacious room, huge comfortable bed. Good hotel owner. Always in touch.

-: This is not a hotel problem. The building next door was undergoing renovations, so noise can be heard during the day, but this is temporary.
