+: We absolutely love the architecture of the buildings. It is well maintained and the garden is so beautiful. The room with pool access is spacious, and the bed is huge for a family of 3. The pool is huge, with many lagoons and islands to explore. The breakfast spread is quite nice with many halal options for us. They have free shuttle to Patong and Kamala beach for the guests. The reception staff were very welcoming and friendly.
-: There were some broken tiles in the shallow pool. My son got a few cuts on his foot playing in the shallow pool.

-: الطاقم والاستقبال سيء حيث انتظرت طويلا حتى احصل على الغرفة المنتجع خمس نجوم ولكن خدماته 4 نجوم مشكلة الناموس مزعجة انصح بحجز الغرف على الشاطئء لانه اقل ناموس من الغرف العلوية

+: Nice and cozy hotel resort, amazing spa & service, very nice cafebakery on site offering fresh smoothies and desserts, caring restaurant staff (for my special food requirements due to allergies)
-: Location of hotel a bit off the grid (not able to easily walk to next townstore, always need transportation), average breakfast buffet & limited healthy breakfast food options (eg no plant based milk, juices not fresh..)
