+: L'emplacement face mer est top. Joli cadre Le personnel est très accueillant et à l'écoute. Nous y reviendrons sans hésiter et plus longuement. Merci à l'équipe !!! ☺️

+: Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans ce lieu paradisiaque. Nick le gérant était à nos petits soins, à organisé plusieurs sorties et déplacement pour nous, il donne une âme très familiale et accueillante à l’hôtel, on sent la bonne ambiance à l’intérieur de l’équipe, il organise des événements de bonne qualité, les repas sont excellents. Il règne dans ce lieu un climat très apaisant et joyeux. Merci infiniment à Nick pour ce magnifique séjour dont on se souviendra longtemps!

+: Super schöne Zimmer (Bungalows) mit Blick direkt aufs Meer! Room Service war super gut, jeden Tag frisches Wasser und süß gefaltete Handtücher.Insgesamt total nettes und hilfsbereites Personal, die alles unentgeltlich organisieren. Man kann da auch direkt Roller etc. mieten. Schöne Pool Anlage mit Blick aufs Meer.Die Anlage wird täglich gefegt und sauber gemacht.Schöner Gesellschaftsabend mit live Musik. Trotzdem nicht zu laut und lang, falls man keine Lust darauf hatte. 🙂

-: Wir waren in low season da, deshalb treffen die "Kritikpunkte" nicht zu jeder Zeit zu (trotzdem absolut empfehlenswert auch in der Regenzeit). Die Poolbar war abends nur bis 20Uhr geöffnet. Schade, wir hätten gerne nochmal abends was getrunken.

+: Everything was amazing! The pool next to the sea is the best. Then the staff is so nice. Guys called Nick received us and have help us all along our stay. Thank you for everything

+: The beach in front is one of the best in the island. The swimming pool is also very good

+: Everything was excellent, we had beautiful room on the beach, very clean and comfortable. The biggest acknowledgements go to staff who was very kind, helpful and dedicated. The resort has nice pool and good massages. Food in the restaurant was also great. Ko Lanta is beautiful island, we rented a scooter in the resort for exploring it. We really enjoyed our stay here!

+: Beautiful renovated resort and big, clean rooms. Very beautiful beach

-: bed are a bit hard and the breakfast is minimal

+: Loved it chilled vibe. Currently having building renovations so upgraded to a bungalow on the beach for no extra cost which was kind and you cannot beat going to sleep and waking up to the beach view through huge glass patio doors. It's also very quiet with a wonderful pool right on the beach. The beach is very gently sloping so swimming is excellent and safe. It's at the end of the krung doa beach so you can easily walk the whole length. Though the bungalows are dated, they are huge and comfy and staff come and clean them everyday and top up your up teas coffees towels etc. Finally the staff are helpful, particularly Nick, who has outstanding English having been raised in New Zealand. Every vo.pany does pick up and drop offs from and to it.

-: Unless you can use a scooter or hire a car, getting around is very expensive. Twin bay hire both. Also the beach was littered. It's ok once you are at the low tide mark but you have to tread carefully to get there. I found this at all of the koh lanta beaches. Apparently it's the currents at low season but there's not quite true. Unlike beaches north of phuket, here resorts simply don't clean them. Furthermore locals, net fishing off the beach, drag in plastics and debris, which they leave on the low tide mark, once they have picked out the fish. I saw this everyday. Though it's depressing to see that amount of plastic and litter, it's worse knowing resorts can't be bothered to clean the beaches their businesses thrive on.
