-: The hotel robbed me! I returned late on the 2nd evening of my 2 night stay to find a sleeping woman in my room!!They offered no warning or explanation, only rudeness. No staff to speak to, I had to drive 1 hour at 2am to a large chain hotel with 24 hour checkin. They also stole a few of my personal belongingsfood in the process.Everything was horrible here, too. From the moment i arrived the staff were incredibly unwelcoming. There was a lot of construction work in the compound, fun noises and visuals there. And when not, you could hear so much staff chatter that it felt more like a town square location than the quiet nowhere that it is.I have stayed in over 40 hotels in Thailand of all price ranges, this was by far the worst. Beware!

+: The room was big, clean and comfortable. The bathrooms looked recently renovated and we had a very nice gardenpool view. The pool was amazing and probably the most enjoyable thing about the property. The staff was nice. You can rent beach towels which is very convenient.
-: Nearest beach was further away than we expected - in general the property is quite secluded so you can’t easily get around by walking, you need a different form of transportation. Also got charged twice for the stay and after a lot of back and forth in messages, the owner finally realised their mistake and properly refunded me when I arrived at the property and asked for proof of the refund.
