+: The staff were amazing welcoming and ready to do anything to make us comfortable specially at the reception Raja , restaurant manager Mokhtar and Beach club Rached they were amazing
-: The hotel is too old no air conditioning in the common areas such as Lobby etc older than I could have imagined , most of the outlets are abandoned

+: Very welcoming staffs at the reception and restaurant. Mrs Hayet, Mr. Ali, chef Kurdi and the rest of the team.While checking-in, they upgraded our rooms to poolsea view. We asked for late check out and we got one room till 6pm!Staff at the restaurant took extra care and prepared special gluten-free meals for my wife being a coeliac. Overall, it was an exceptional stay!!
