+: very good location near evrything , good standard in whole appartment ,as well the kitchen , very beautiful decoration ,art , design, the appartment has a reservoir of weater when the weater cut in the public so you have weater for you so dont have a problem untill the weater public be back i think is a problem for whole tunisia not only sousse city the place is safe , quiet and well equipped , the satff in your hand if you need anyhelp i do highly recommend it to anyone

+: L'aménagement de l'appartement avec de beaux meubles, belle décoration, avec vue sur la mer. Pas loin du centre ville et du bord de mer et des commodités.Qualité des prestations.Propriétaire et personnel à disposition pour rendre le séjour agréable.Endroit calme et sécurisé A conseiller. Nous y retournerons bientôt.

-: Petite terrasse faite pour 2 personnes maximum, les installations extérieures.Manque de rampe de maintien à l'entrée du bâtiment et le long de la rampe extérieure pour accès sécurisé handicapé .

+: The apartment is greatly located near the beach in Hammam Sousse. We liked the warm and artistic touch of the decorations in the apartment and the equipment. All the rooms have seaview and there is a nice balcony with sea view from the double room. It is possible to access the terrace on the roof of the building with faboulous view over the beach in front. We were there with our three kids and the house is perfect for a family stay. Shops, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy and banks are close by. Also a little kids park is available at walking distance, which is a good plus for travellers with kids. The owner of the apartment was very supportive, friendly and helpful.

+: Tout était parfait mais nous avons particulièrement aprécié le chauffage central puisque nous sommes en hiver.

+: Die Lage war sehr gut, es war nicht weit vom Strand. Vom Balkon hatte man eine schöne Aussicht auf das Meer. Das Apartment war sauber.

+: Accueil très chaleureux, appartement très fonctionnel avec une très belle décoration atypique marocaine, l'emplacement est top car très proche de la mer, sécurisé, et ni trop loin ni trop proche de la zone touristique.Monoprix en face, pharmacie à côté, et si besoin d'urgence la clinique des Oliviers à 5min en voiture, donc parfait quand on voyage avec des enfants
