Close to the Marina of Monsatir, the Hotel Mezri is located in the wonderful site of the old harbour, facing the sea, at only 10km from Monastir airport and 1500m from the city centre. Mezri Hotel offers a variety of rooms, including adjoining rooms, spread over four floors serviced by lifts. Each is equipped with air-conditioning and has a private bathroom, shower, WC, telephone, possibility to rent a TV and sea view with extra charge. Other amenities and extra services are at your disposal: bicycle and car for rent, excursions, golf, snack with sea view, and a panoramic terrace on the first floor. The hotel also holds: a reception hall, restaurants, lounge bar, TV room, meeting area. All these areas have air-conditioning.

+: Emplacement bord de mer . Quartier plutôt calme. Personnel très serviable et à l'écoute. Personnel de l'accueil discret et très professionnel. Petit déjeuner continental, à volonté, viennoiserie en prime. Les menus sont corrects : tous les produits sont frais et cuisinés sur place. Piscine bien entretenue.

-: Everything about this hotel was disappointing. My dad and I were exhausted from traveling and needed a place to relax with basic amenities for the rest of the day. Despite paying for two people, there was only one towel in the room. When I asked the receptionist for another bath towel and a face towel, he brought a dirty, stained towel that was barely washed and still damp. When I asked for a replacement, he made excuses about the stain. The room had a tiny TV in the corner that was hard to see, and it didn’t have a remote control. The receptionist said none of the rooms had remote controls, making the TV useless. There was a phone to contact the receptionist, but it wasn't connected. When I asked about it, he sarcastically questioned what I would do with it, making the phone pointless as well. The receptionist initially seemed nice, but he lost his temper and raised his voice when I asked for these basic items. When we requested a different room, he refused, claiming we had already used the room, even though we had only been there for five minutes. The room itself was in poor condition—the bathroom was dirty with long hair in the tub, and the shower was leaking. Breakfast was a joke, consisting of just yogurt, a few pieces of bread, and watered-down juice. The receptionist was disrespectful, but we had no other options that day. Overall, this was less than a one-star experience.
