Recepcja hotelu nie szanuje ani klientów, ani wyboru rezerwacji pokoju! Rezerwacja pokoju dwuosobowego z wyposażonym tarasem kuchennym potwierdzona w momencie rezerwacji, tak że w końcu zaoferowano nam komórkę lokatorską, bez lodówki, bez tarasu, bez okna zewnętrznego… prawdziwe więzienie!!!! Poczekaj 7 godzin, aby znaleźć się bez wolnego pokoju zgodnie z warunkami planowanej rezerwacji i przede wszystkim POTWIERDŹ przy wyjeździe!! Zdecydowanie odradzam przyszłym klientom pobyt w tym hotelu, który nie szanuje ani ludzi, ani swojej strony internetowej!

-: Accueil: à l'arrivée, nous avons attendu 15 minutes devant le comptoir avant d'être servi alors qu'il n'y avait aucune file.Un manque total d'organisation de leur part...Chambre: un total désarroi, c'est à notre arrivée que l'agent de sécurité décide d'aérer la chambre ; elle sentait l'humidité, parsemée de moisissure ; le plafond et le mur : infiltrés d'eau ;à peine le temps de s'installer, on revient trouver une chambre innondée! On le signale à la réception, le vigile vient et nous nargue en expliquant que c'est la condensation de la clim et ne revient plus jamais..or, on s'attendait à un service de nettoyage.Nous avons nettoyé nous même avec les serviettes de chambres.Salle de bain : encore une fois, l'odeur est nauséabonde.Cuisine : cette pièce est tellement dégoûtante et aucun service n'y etait pour éventuellement cuisiner. Le frigo est en panne.Le jour suivant, on a changé de chambre et ils n'ont pas même chercher à savoir la réelle cause. On dirait que cela fait vraiment partie de leur business!! Et, ils semblent en avoir conscience mais ils facturent tout de même les chambres dans un état miteux.Il manquait seulement qu'une crise d'asthme se déclenche !!Lit bébé : ce n'était pas installé, nous le réclamons à l'accueil; on nous dit c'est impossible et d'attendre le lendemain.Incroyable même pour la sécurité des enfants, ils sont négligents!!Petit déjeuner : exécrable ; nous avons mangé par manque de choix ; nous avons tous eu la gastro! L'hygiène est complètement à déplorer !!!Ma seule erreur est de n'avoir pas lu les commentaires avant la réservation. D'ailleurs, je me demande qu'avec autant de commentaires négatifs, comment se fait-il que booking collabore toujours avec cet établissement et de surcroît le mentionne parmi les premières propositions alors qu'il y a pleins d'hôtels de meilleures qualités sur place.
