Nozha Beach Resort & Spa All Inclusive to atrakcyjny hotel działający w systemie "wszystko wlicznie", położony, prawdopodobnie w miejscowości wypoczynkowej Hammamet w Tunezji, biorąc pod uwagę jego typową ofertę dla tego regionu. Hotel jest idealny na rodzinne i aktywne wakacje, oferując szeroki zakres udogodnień i usług, które gwarantują komfortowy i beztroski pobyt.

-: The worst hotel experience I’ve EVER had.Check in and process:Only 2 guys taking care of luggages for a 400 room hotelOnly 2-3 at front desk. All rude and not helpful.Environment:Bombarded with heavily scented chemicals cleaning products in hallways and rooms - suffocating & causing headachesDespite this- the entire property is dirtyRoom cupboards - bad dust trailsDoors all around hotel - glass, room doors handles were disgustingly dirty and greasy- yes it’s high traffic so up the wipe downs per day!This also crept into the snack bar, buffet area- dirty utensils & plates etcHorrible carpet - old, stained and super dirty that is a runner in the entire hotel room hallways.Never have we been in any hotels in the world with carpets that our suitcase roller wheels picked up all the dirt - hair, dust balls on the luggage wheels! It’s so gross and shocking to see & having to clean those wheels. Been all over the world.. never had this happen before.No vacuuming seen in 4 days either.Rooms:Very small and motel like.BathroomsTiny and terrible flush- have to push with all your might and hold down for a good 20 - 30 seconds - hard hold and many attempts.Flush button leaks water!Shower- ridiculous setup esp if you’re tall- you’d hit the ceiling and water sprays out all over out of tub.Wet floors unavoidable.Chips, stains and scratched scab holes in bathtubDirty grout and poorly grouted and some moldBroken shaker head and holderToilet brush cleaner left beside toilet bowl.Bathroom is basic & not in good conditions.Low quality shower gel and shampoo only and bar soap.Nothing else.No face towels, no shoes caps, no lotion, no conditioner, no qtips, no cotton pads.Can hear sounds in hallways. Someone knocking on room for at 7:48am in morning.When asked for extra towels was asked why by night duty reception and had to justify why!
