+: Excellent location. Very nice breakfast. Great staff. Metin was particularly very helpful. Very comfortable accommodations, good working ACs (it was very hot when we visited), lovely breakfast spread on the terrace, easy access from the road. Everything was great. We had everything we needed for our holiday. Adding lotion in the bathrooms would be nice given it’s very hot and dry in Kapadokya.

-: I don’t know how this hotel is rated as 9.5No room service available had to pick my bags upto the stairs all alone. No room cleaning staff. The room toilet was in very bad condition with broken doors and no ventilation. No tissue paper provided I really had bad experience. The breakfast was low quality. I will rate this hotel below Zero
