+: The hotel desk manager was able to accomodate our wishes. We found the doona too hot and requested a single sheet to put under the doona like we use in Australia. He also printed our boarding passes for us and arranged for a taxi to the airport. We were also given early entry to our room after leaving our cruise ship early in the morning. The roof top restaurant was amazing with the best views in Istanbul overlooking the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. The included breakfast was very enjoyable. The location was fantastic as it was in walking distance to the Grand Bazaar, Blue Mosque, Basilica Cistern and Koptika Palace.

+: The hotel was really nice and clean. Room was spacious with a good view. Breakfast was included and the staff let us check out late free of charge.

-: Internet could’ve been better, cut out a few times.

+: Lovely corner room with great view

-: Restaurant food (especially breakfast) not to European tastes. Restaurant staff unpleasant, spoke poor or little English & not willing to assist with any request.
