+: Όλα εξαιρετικά. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα το συγκεκριμένο ξενοδοχείο. Το προσωπικό ήταν κάτι παραπάνω από ευγενικό και βοηθητικό.

-: • Breakfast is not good and it’s doesn’t have variety • They took 302€ extra which I don’t know why and up to now not returned• There is suspicious lay in housekeeping and keep asking ( no clean?) even though we just checked in• In general it’s not look like a 5 star hotel compared to its facilities

+: 1.Good location, 2 mins walk to Taksim square. 2.Good facilities, very clean and new. 3.Very warm and helpful staff, Furkan helped us checked in early and gave us a free upgrade to Delux room. Emir took our luggage to our room and gave us a comprehensive introduction. All the staffs are very nice and professional, makes us feel at home. 4. Breakfast is great with a lot of choices. I will recommend this hotel to my friends and will definitely stay in here again if I go to Istanbul.
