+: Modern hotel with a very good kitchen. The beach was miles away but the transport was provided every hour.

-: The banging on music almost till midnight that doesn’t let you rest. Not sure how people with children managed that. The worst thing it was a russian music in the middle of the war. russian flag at the entrance to the hotel — you serious?! Shame on you.

+: Breakfast was good as far as breakfast go. Would have liked to have the option of Macon ( instead as bacon not halal so not available ). The food attendee Hummus ( not sure of spelling ) was a breath of fresh air and made the visit to the dining room a pleasure.

-: The lack of variety at supper. It was more of the same every night. I understand its difficult with a buffet but small variation could have helped. The people dishing up plates of food that looks like mountains of food , and then leaving 75 % on the plate. Sadly parents have become the slaves of children in this case as well.

+: The hotel was very clean and the spa facility was nice.

-: The reception staff were very unprofessional and did not do their jobs properly.

+: Thx to the chef down below ! We enjoy the food and desserts!!!!! Clean and new !!!! We family have a great time .

+: Alle Angestellten waren sehr freundlich, Hotel war sauber und das Essen auch gut

-: Der Strandanschnitt war sehr klein, wenig Schatten und die Toiletten nicht geputzt. Der Strand gehört an das Hotel angepasst dann wäre es ein perfekter Urlaub.

+: All inclusive made no need to leave resort. Better fit for families with younger children.

+: Hotel war sehr schön. Angestellte waren sehr freundlich und bemüht. Essen war sehr gut.

-: Der Strand passt nicht zum Hotel. Zuwenig Schattige Plätze. Ich hätte mir Salat und frisches Obst am Strand gewünscht. Die Toiletten sollten öfter geputzt werden. Es hat bei der Hitze schnell nach WC gerochen. Da wollten wir nichts essen.
