+: We really liked the hotel. The staff were great; they were always helpful and even gave me their business cards in case I had any issues in the city. It felt very welcoming, with a strong sense of support. The personnel were excellent, and the hotel itself was wonderful. They even upgraded our room for free, which was a nice surprise! It had tea, a hairdryer, and shampoo. However, there were no bathrobes or dental kits, but that wasn’t a big deal since we had our own. All the towels were clean and neatly arranged, and the bedding was crisp and white. The disposable slippers were a nice touch too. The pillows and blankets were comfortable. The cleaning service was good, although we learned on the last day that we needed to place a card on the bed if we wanted fresh linens, which we didn’t know about.Breakfast was very satisfying, with a wide variety of options including vegetables, watermelon, jams, and different types of eggs and sausages. Everything was well-prepared.
