+: Really it was a good stay, great greating by the staff , especially Mr. SUAAT reception he was very helpful and friendly, always smiling and asking if we needed help.Great experience , good location , near to all facilities, metro, bus station, market and behind Galata tower and 5 min walking to istiklal streetThank you guys .

+: I felt very comfortable at this hotel, Suat was very friendly and helpful, he even gave me 2 hours late check out easily.
-: There were no curtains on some of the windows so in the morning the light comes in, but it wasn't a big deal for me to be honest

+: The personal was nice and helpful, the location is great ,is right next to the galata tower,you will find what you need in your room like towels, soap and shampoo,they have air conditioning but I didnt use it,it has rooms with a balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffe or just for the view.

+: Although I booked a standard room, the receptionist gave me a superior room with a great view of the city from the window. The administrator gave me great advices for getting around the city. The location of the hotel is in the city center and near the Galata Castle.
