+: Es gab alles was ich mir vorstellen konnte
-: Wenn es All inklusiv heißt, dann erwarte ich mir wirklich alles inklusive nicht wenn ich türkischen Kaffee möchte dass zahlen muss. Ich trage nicht immer Gelt mit , mit der Zimmernımmer oder Armband funktioniert auch nicht, wegen 1€ mussde ich immer in meinem Zimmer laufen

+: Die Lage vom Hotel ist super. Direkt am Strand. Ein langer Kiesstrand.
-: Das essen war nicht besonders lecker. Das Personal an der Rezeption war freundlich, hilfsbereit. Die Leute waren wirklich top!!Die Mitarbeiter in dem Restaurant waren unfreundlich. Von ihrer langen Gesichtern ging der Appetit weg. Man weiß an den anderen Gästen kann man leider nichts ändern, aber die Leute waren unmöglich. Gedränge am Buffet, schubsen. Die Teller voll geballert mit essen und anschließend einfach stehen gelassen. Unmöglich.

+: Swimming pool was nice, also a good swimming pool for children. The 2 slides in the big swimming pool were appreciated by our teenage kids
-: The ULTRA in the name all inclusive is very misleading. We had to pay extra for such basic services as wifi and safe box in the room which always is available.even in cheapest economy rooms. Wifi cost 5 USD per device for a week and wasn't stable. Safe box cost 10 USD per week. Fresh juice 2 USD, ice cream 5 USD, etc etcOverall I wouldn't recommend this hotel.We stayed there in the beginning of May 2024.- during 1 week stay they had power outage pretty much every day, sometimes several times, which resulted in me being stuck in an elevator for almost 10 minutes where the alarm and ventilation buttons were not working. Another time I was with my husband and our 2 kids (2 year old and 5 months) and luckily we just got out of the elevator when the power went out again...- the playground for kids was not only broken but dangerous, as the metal playthings were not welded together. My son fell off the balance swing because it was broken and we didn't see that before he went on it. After we complained the hotel manager mentioned they will be upgrading the playground and on our last day they welded the swings- the beach is very small, with stones and there was a bunch of junk like old chairs etc all over the place- the food was mediocre, the sallad bar never changed for any the meals during one week. Thy tried to vary the warm dishes but we had a hard time finding something we like though we are not very picky eaters. The highlight of the meals.was the amazing bread that was baked in the oven there and the sweetest man who was baking it, he saved us from starving :)- if you are going on vacation with small children that go to bed early, be ready that some days they have very loud music until late at night, around midnight 1 am. Our kids slept through it, but if you are a light sleeper this can affect your sleep- the room we had had old squeaky furniture.
