+: La comida, buen desayuno, almuerzos y comidas.Nos ayudaron con la extensión del check out. Gimnasio cumplía.
-: Considerando que es un hotel 5 estrellas, la pieza era pequeña, la ducha no tenía chorro de agua fuerte, el personal muy limitado en cuanto a inglés. Para entrar a la piscina te obligaban a comprar una gorra a precio excesivo. Muy alejado de lugares turísticos, los traslados eran caros y lentos.

+: This hotel was amazing. Very clean and spacious and staff were all friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was great. It is far from the central busy area so we would have to catch a taxi everytime. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Thank you
-: Quite far from the busy tourist area like Blue Mosque, Galata etc so we spent quite a lot on taxis. Can’t complain about the actual hotel though.

-: its more of a four star than five, a lot needs to be maintained and updated. especially the smell in the shower the drains need some cleaning
