+: The staff were super-friendly and helpful. The ski-room being in the hotel is both super-practical for renting equipment and the fact that the liftpiste is right outside the door is really really hard to beat. Also, there's 2 cafes for apres-ski which were really what you'd find in the Alps. If you're looking to come in and do some skiing straight away, this is the place for you.
-: The hotel was built in 1994 and it shows. There's barely any noticeable upkeep of the premises and there were plumbing issues with our toilets. Additionally, the built-in closets in the rooms have no light of their own or any light near them, which means you can't see anything when going into these. Basically, 2 classic issues of bygone days when planningpreparation took 2nd place. The spa is also badly designed and dated. Also, the apres-ski cafes were quite pricey.

+: Had a brilliant time in the hotel. Fantastic location, mid-mountain. Ski-inski-out. Great food and fun late-night bar. I’ll certainly be back soon. Başak and all hotel staff were extremely kind and helpful.
