+: The family feel welcome was amazing. We arrived many hours before check in and within 2 hrs our room was ready.. 4hrs early! Beds are over due a replacement. Breakfast was perfect. Rami's poolbar was an added bonus! 👌 memories made 🇹🇷😍

-: Even you don’t have water in the bathroom. big face from owner !because of it, that workers are afraid every little step they are taking… incredibly poor breakfast. But really poor ! Never ever again.. besides location nothing nice in the hotel!

+: The diva bar is amazing, the staff are lovely the food and drinks and delicious and reasonably priced and all staff who work there go out of their way for you, and they LOVE kids. The hotel is what lets the place down, so if you want to visit diva I would recommend going to the bar and use the pool facilities but don't use the hotel
-: where do I start!! having stayed in this hotel many times the year before and loved it I can't believe I am now writing this and definitely not returning here again! the hotel rooms are small but they are absolutely fine for the price. however for out 10 nighty stay we didn't have our room cleaned once or our bed changed. the cleaners came in to empty our bin and occasionally give us clean towels but most of the time they hung our dirty ones back up in the bathroom. I also had my engagement ring stollen from our room which was 100% stollen and not lost and the worse thing is the smug face on the cleaners face when spoke to about it. I fell disgusted by this... not only this other people staying there got talking and they had money stollen from their room and a children had her teddy taken also, all within the 2 days of speaking to each other. the hotel did NOTHING! my nan who was also staying there found a live bat, yes BAT under her grandchild's bed and god knows how long it was there because the room wasn't cleaned in 10 days. I DEFINITELY WILL NOT be staying here ever again and I don't recommend anyone stay either! on the other hand the diva bar next door is absolutely brilliant and we do recommend highly
