+: I loved how clean the property was. Our room was especially clean. Everything was very suited to our needs. Amazing location.

-: There was nothing I didn’t like. Everything was perfect about our stay.

+: The location is brilliant and the team at reception were exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble.

+: Das Bett war sehr gemütlich und das Personal ist sehr nett.

+: Perfect hotel for exploring Istanbul. A small friendly, clean hotel with welcoming and knowledgeable staff who spoke good English, plus other languages. Any questions, requests ( extra blanket), problems ( we caused our room safe to error) were dealt with immediately. Breakfast was plentiful with freshly cooked omelettes.. The restaurant and roof terrace gave fantastic views overlooking the sea and the Blue Mosque. Staying at the Eastanbul Suites completed our visit to an amazing city.

-: The absence of a banister safety rail on the final set of steps to the open air roof terrace. You have to be careful when using these steps.

+: La posizione è ottima, dietro la moschea blu in pieno centro, in una strada pedonale silenziosissima. Dalla finestra della nostra camera si vedeva la moschea blu.L'hotel è pulito, la colazione (servita sul terrazzo dell'hotel da cui si vede il bosforo e la moschea blu) più che sufficiente anche se simile tutti i giorni ma con tanta scelta di salato, dolce e frutta secca e fresca. La prima mattina ho chiesto se potevo avere lo yogurt e me lo hanno portato tutte le mattine. Cambio asciugamani e pulizia della stanza quotidiane.Abbiamo avuto un problema, il mio compagno ha dovuto acquistare delle stampelle per camminare e i ragazzi alla reception hanno chiamato una sanitaria per lui, gli hanno fatto avere le foto delle stampelle e una volta scelte in un'ora un fattorino le ha recapitate in hotel.L'ultimo giorno abbiamo prenotato tramite loro un taxi per l'aeroporto ist al prezzo di 30€ che ci è venuto a prendere in hotel. Mentre aspettavamo il taxi è passato un venditore ambulante di dolci, ho chiesto al ragazzo alla reception, Sarhat (che non smetterò mai di ringraziare per la sua attenzione ed educazione) se potevo acquistarli e ha lui li ha comprati per noi e ci ha fatto arrivare il the, dicendoci che in qualità di ospiti erano un omaggio per noi (erano le 17, avevamo lasciato la stanza dalla mattina).Consiglio questo hotel per la pulizia, la posizione e soprattutto per l'attenzione ai clienti, ci hanno contattato su whatsapp prima dell'arrivo per darci tutte le informazioni di cui potessimo avere bisogno, ci hanno chiesto continuamente se avessimo bisogno di aiuto, come stesse il mio compagno che per tre giorni ha camminato con le stampelle...che dire...in questo hotel ci si sente a casa.Grazie, grazie davvero a tutto lo staff! Il loro aiuto, la loro premura ed educazione, soprattutto in una situazione di difficoltà, hanno reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole di quanto non lo fosse già

+: We had an amazing stay at Eastanbul Suites! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was on point, especially thanks to the hotel manager, Sarhat. He really made us feel at home, going above and beyond to take care of us. Sarhat even helped arrange our transfer back to the hotel and got us a better deal than we could find online. Plus, he treated us to lunch on the house, and we ended up having a really nice chat. The hotel itself is super clean, and you can tell it’s fairly new. Our room was spotless, and everything looked like it had been recently built. The balcony view during the free breakfast was out of this world. We had a clear view of the Sultanahmet Mosque, and being on a higher floor than the nearby terrace restaurants meant we enjoyed the view without any obstructions. The price was totally reasonable, especially considering the fantastic service, the cleanliness, and that killer view. If you’re heading to Istanbul, I highly recommend staying at Eastanbul Suites.

-: The room did feel a bit cramped but it’s understandable given the prime location right at Sultanahmet Square. It wasn’t a huge issue, especially since we spent most of our time exploring the city.
