-: The reception staff are NOT friendly at all, very unhelpful. The day we checked in 1 of the staff members seemed very rude and we wasn't given any information about all the stuff within the resort. We were just handed a piece of paper that told us the time table for everything with mentioning the locations and days of things.

-: De glijbanen gingen na bepaalde tijd allemaal dicht, erg jammer. Dit hadden ze geleidelijk kunnen doen zodat kids nog konden genieten. Eten viel erg tegen, grote hotel hierdoor teveel mensen waardoor je moet wachten op bv. eten en drinken.

+: The hotel was fantastic for our family holiday. The facilities were outstanding and there was plenty for all ages. The food was great - always lovely and fresh and a vast selection so never felt like there was nothing to eat. The rooms were spacious and full of everything needed - especially nice little touches like cotton buds and cotton wool, as well as a regularly restocked range of soft drinks in the mini bar.
