+: L emplacement de l hôtel, belle vue sur Göreme pour voir les mongolfières. Le personnel très sympa. La chambre spacieuse et confortable, grande salle de bain avec baignoire balnéo, et douche et double vasque. Le restaurant en face , Steak House , est très bien et la viande est excellente.
-: Il manque le miroir grossissant dans la salle de bain et l humidité dans le placard. Il y a des fuites d eau à la baignoire et au lavabo.

+: The rooms are excellent, and the hotel's location is ideal, providing easy access to the city center. The staff exceeded my expectations, always available and ready to address any request. I highly recommend relying on them for organizing excursions, such as balloon flights, quad rides, or dinner arrangements. Everything was amazing and expertly managed by the reception team—highly recommended.
-: The room I was assigned wasn't exactly the one I saw on the website, but it was still very good (and the staff did offer to change it, though I chose not to). However, it's important to note that this hotel might not be ideal for those suffering from claustrophobia, as the rooms are designed to resemble caves, with some areas lacking windows.

+: Staff were excellent and Sefa who worked there was amazing. Activities are important here and he Booked all tours, Taxis balloons and arranging a lovely baby sitter who looked after our 2 kids and allowed us to do activities that young kids can’t. Location great. Just away from the town but higher up so you have nicer views.Cappadocia is stunning and many hotels are very similar. However the number of restaurants and roof terraces this place head was excellent (4 I think if not more)
-: Could do we updating. But they are built in 10000+ year old rock caves and I’m sure most hotels are similar. So not a major complaint. Not coming here for luxury.

+: Très bon hotel, son emplacement est top. Belle terrace avec une vue panoramique pour admirer le spectacles des montgolfières au petit matin. Le petit déjeuner est bien. L'experience de dormir dans une cave est très originale.
-: Très forte humidité dans la chambre, les vêtements s'empreigne de cet odeur très vite. Il faut améliorer le système d'aération.

+: The rooms very fantastic and very central to absolutely everything. The guys at front desk were very helpful and advised on loads of local excursions. Breakfast was really good with loads of fresh fruits and local pastries. Definitely will be staying here again.
