-: Had to deal with booking.com during our stay which was a damper on our time. Staff were super nice considering though and always did their best to make us feel welcome.

+: Sehr schönes, individuell gestaltetes Zimmer. Unterkunft zentral, aber sehr ruhig gelegen. Toll fanden wir, dass man bis 11 Uhr frühstücken konnte. Das Frühstück wurde mit sehr viel Liebe zubereitet und war sehr abwechslungsreich und reichlich. Die Besitzer Personal waren sehr herzlich. Parkplatz war auch kein Problem.

+: The location was great (close to the main street), the room was clean, and the staff were friendly (though their English wasn't 100%.) The WiFi in my room also worked very well. My room was really comfortable and just as pictured. I enjoyed my time living in a fairy chimney for a few days! There are also two really nice outdoor seating areas.
-: My room had a typical Asian-style shower with the shower and toilet together, which I don't personally like as water gets everywhere. The floor dried surprisingly quickly, though. During my 4 nights there, no one cleaned my room (but I also didn't ask. I'm sure they would have had I asked them to.)

+: Ми хотіли пожити в отелі-печері - ми пожили! Була думка що просто стіни будуть зроблені під печеру, та ні, номер дійсно виритий в горі, і з вікон тільки одне маленьке у дверях. Незважаючи на кам'яні стіни, номер був облаштований гарним інтер'єром, обігрівачем, м'якими ліжками (одне з балахоном) і ванною кімнатою з джакузі. Останнє дуже сподобалось дитині. На сніданок було багато чого, і можна було підібрати страву, закуску, десерт на любий смак. Після першого сніданку я попросив змінити склад щоб більш підходило дитині яка не їсть овочів. Зрештою, сніданками залишились задоволені!
-: Важко було балакати з персоналом, бо вона знала тільки базову англійську.
