+: One of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in with exceptional customer service. The front desk staff were especially helpful and kind. Amazing breakfast, free use of poolsaunaturkish bath. We were upgraded to a suite free of charge to top it off.
-: Only recommendation would be to offer a free shuttle to Goreme based on the price but given the location and inability to see balloons from the town

+: The staff was very hospitable .. especially the receptionist Volkan was quite humble and his suggestion to move around the city were quite helpful... the breakfast is served on the table makes u feel special.... the location of the hotel is quite peaceful.. they arrange coach for airport pickup and drop off.
