+: Die Anlage wäre traumhaft. Die Anordnung der Gebäude, die Bepflanzung sowie die Deko verleihen dem Ganzen viel Charm. Der Strand ist schon fast karibisch.
-: Das Hotel hatte in unserer Ferienwoche Saisonende. Alles lief auf halbmast. Die Glacenkühltruhe war schon bei der Anreise leer....das Servicepersonal war nicht mehr gerade motiviert (natürlich gab es wehnige Ausnahmen) und die Mitarbeiter am Empfang hatten grösstenteils von nichts eine Ahnung. Die Verständigung auf englisch war eher schwierig. Eigentlich haben wir nicht hohe Erwartungen, wir sind eher bodenständig. Wir haben jedoch einen entsprechenden 5 Stern Preis bezahlt. Sehr schade...
