+: They gave us a room with no heater in January, they refused to give us another room, in the morning I was complaining about the conditions they forced to sleep in. And the reception guy was waiting for us to leave. Never had such a bad experience as in this hotel. Guys keep away from this hotel. I promise you, there are many other good ones.

+: The hotel is nice, well located. Great view from the restaurant terrace over the marina. The room was so clean and nice. The staff was helpful and friendly.

-: We stayed in room 203, nice room but: first the air conditioning is not working properly. Working non stop on 30 degrees the room was still cold and uncomfortable for sleeping. After asking for help from the staff, it was checked but no change in the situation. The other thing was No hot water. We were told that is a problem with the heater and, it will be fixed in an hour, but the hot water didn't come at all. These are the two things that spoiled our stay at this wonderful place. Hope it will be fixed, so the next guest won't experience the same situation.

-: Für die Größe und Ausstattung sind die Zimmer meiner Meinung nach zu teuer.Leider ist es nachts auch recht laut.
