Overlooking the Koycegiz Lake, Kaunos Hotel is only 10 minutes’ walk from the Koycegiz city centre and 15 minutes' drive from the centre of Dalyan. It offers outdoor swimming pools, free Wi-Fi and air-conditioned rooms with LCD TVs and lake views. The bright rooms of Kaunos are modernly decorated and they all include a satellite TV, minibar and private balconies. Each room has a bathroom equipped with a hairdryer and a shower. The à la carte restaurant of the hotel serves Turkish cuisine and a bar is also available for drinks. Guests can rest at the peaceful garden of Kaunos. +: The food provided was very good, however, perhaps omelettes could be put on the menu for a change? Or pancakes? And last but not least fresh fruit is always yummy.
-: Often, the bread was stale. Lemon, for the tea was not available every day. Many guests smoked in the dining area, despite there being signs saying No smoking, so we ate sat by the pool each morning. Our shower didn't have a door therefore the bathroom floor was wet each day, this was very slippery and dangerous for my husband who isn't very good on his feet.
