+: Very good hotel, I was anxious before I got there as I have experienced so many situations with small unknown hotels… the Galata B& B was an excellent find. Above expectation. Great staff, excellent location and quiet.

+: とにかく景色が素晴らしく、予約サイトの写真に嘘偽りはありません。部屋に入って歓声を上げたのはこのホテルが初めてです。特にテラスは本当に素敵な空間で、新婚旅行や特別なタイミングにピッタリです。何枚も写真を撮ってしまいました。また、クルーズについてもアドバイスをいただきまして、当初予定していた乗り場よりも近くて便利な場所を教えていただけました。素敵な体験をありがとうございました。
-: 一箇所、バスタオルから少し生乾き臭がしたのが残念でした。また、テラスの植栽をもう少し手入れしていただけると、更に特別感が増すと思います。

+: The apartments are beautiful, the roof terrace apartment is wonderful with a beautiful balcony and magnificent views. The staff are lovely and helpful. It has a lift so getting luggage to top floors is no problem. It is very close to the Galata tower as well as the metro, ferries, tram and funicular.
-: The area where the apartment is located is VERY hilly so be prepared to walk up and down many very steep hills to get anywhere (including to public transport). If you have mobility issues, this location is not for you.

The staff were friendly and attentive, always willing to assist with any request. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants the area.
