+: Le spa , les piscines , très grand hôtel avec beaucoup d’emplacement on ne sent pas à l’étroit . Qualité de la nourriture dans les différents restaurant . Personnel très engagé , service au top .
-: Le ménage de chambre qui n’est pas très bien fait , dès le premier jour poil sur la couette du lit dommage le seul défaut de l’hôtel

+: The beach is great, hotel has its own chairs and umbrellas.
-: 1. Beach chairs are taken from very early morning, you can see towels on them like they are reserved. No idea why hotel allows people to leave the towels on the chairs and not use them for hours. 2. Internet is extremely slow and keeps disconnecting. 3. Food quality got reduced significantly, we found hair in food, chicken bones on yoghurt. 4. Dishes were not properly cleaned. One could find lipstick on cups. Attaching a photo of one of those.

-: Food variety is lower than previous years, nearly the same menu every day with minor differences. Most staff are new and not oriented properly. There are only 2 common toilets at the poolrestaurantlobby area. Pool toilet was very dirty, all soap dispensers were empty and we could get it cleaned and soaps filled after hours after writing to guest relations member on WhatsApp. A five star hotel should have a strict hygiene plan to be executed frequently.

-: I booked for a villa and receive other villa , they upgrade it but I’m not happy at all , they have misleading pictures on booking so be careful , rooms is old , good is good 810
