+: It is in the old city center, easy to access many locations around. There is also 10min walk beach bars and private beaches

-: The pool is only open between 14:00 and 18:00, not useful. They also use their area in the middle as a restaurant and taverna in the night which can be noisy

-: So, we stayed here for 6 days and to be honest that was too much. We will never visit this hotel again. Here are some points of everything that we didn’t have. First of all the wifi here doesn’t work. It always works for a few minutes and then it turns off. So if you don’t have enough data for your holiday, you’re screwed because you can’t use any kind of internet at the hotel. The TV didn’t work at all, it says it has netflix and youtube but without wifi nothing works. And the picture in the tv is yellow and blue. After that every night is party night. Live music starts at 21:00 and goes on till 24:00 sometimes a little bit later. You can hear everything no matter where your room is. We didn’t get any toilet paper, we had to always ask for it. And the staff here doesn’t speak english very well so sometimes we didn’t get toilet paper at all. The last thing that happened to us, my friend injured her hand so i asked the staff for ice and first aid kit. They said they didn’t have that so i asked for something that we could wrap it up with but they didn’t have that as well.

+: Location was amazing! very close to many shops, restaurants, the port, and the main road, everything in walking distance. The breakfast was great, every room had AC, the pool was extremely clean, and staff was very friendly!

-: Be aware that the area is a more of a lively area at night and that the hotel also has a public restaurant. Every evening the hotel eating area is open to the public and there is live music until midnight. With the live music and DJ's it is very loud at night. If you are young and want to have fun its great, but if you have a family or like to sleep early then its not the place for you. The wifi is very slow and the staff don't speak good english making it hard to communicate anything to them or ask questions. Also! I forgot to mention but do not trust the airport shuttle. On the booking page its listed that an airport shuttle is available, however when you ask about it they either deny they have one or try to over charge you. Take a taxi from the airport much more reliable and cheap. If anyone asks more than 20 euros for a ride its a scam.

-: El gerente nos pareció antipático cuando comentamos que "dormimos" la noche anterior con un ruído que era imposible de soportar, literalmente estábamos como dentro de la discoteca.Por lo que decidimos irnos del hotel y no nos quiso devolver el dinero correspondiente a las dos siguientes noches que no íbamos a disfrutar y ya habíamos pagado. Solo nos ofreció la posibilidad de cambiar de habitación cuando el hotel disponía de espectáculos hasta media noche y eso era algo que no aparecía en la descripción, por no hablar de el horario tan reducido del que disponía la piscina, de 4-6 únicamente. Además, a la llegada aunque pone que se puede hacer el check-in a partir de las tres de la tarde estuvimos una hora esperando a que limpiasen la habitación y pudiésemos entrar, y después, nos encontramos con la nevera rota, entre otras cosas.Un desastre, para no repetir, y ahora en proceso de reclamación del dinero no disfrutado.
