+: Много чист и луксозно подреден интериор и есктериор. Имаше много зеленина около хотела, басейна и всички площи, в които има някаква активна дейност. Персоналът беше много учтив, усмихнат, отзивчив и приветлив. В хотела има най-различни места за забавления и активни мероприятия (тенис на маса, билярд, фитнес, спа, сауна, детски кът - мини лунапарк и пр.). Всяка вече имаше различни представления в място, което е обособено като Старогръцки амфитеатър със сцена. Байсейните са много чисти и винаги се поддържат такива. През деня се предлагат много активни начинания за малките и големите гости. Правят се представления, партита и пр. Обслужването е на най-високо ниво. Персоналът е топ!

-: Това, което не покри очакванията ми е храната. Храната не е от най-доборите предложения, които може на направи един хотел от категорията на този (5 звезден). Имаше много разнообразна храна, но една част от нея не беше с необходимия вкус (нямаше вкус). Например течният шоколад, който се предлага към вафлените сладки или към палачинките, изобщо нямаше вкус на шоколад, а по-скоро на какао на прах, смесено с вода. Сладоледът, който се предлагаше на един от баровете беше само на фунийки и под формата на лед, който докато стигнеш до масата си вече се е разтопил. Нямаше никакви други разновидности на сладолед - например в опаковка. Някои от сладките не бяха изобщо с качествен вкус. Имаха чудесен вид, но унизителен вкус. Хотелът вероятно не се интересува от обстоятелството, че сред гостите му може да има и вегетарианци, вегани и пр., тъй като за такива хора храната е по-ограничена откъм разновидности. Другият недостатът е състоянието на плажа, който е каменист - едри камъчета. Липсва какъвто и да било пясък. Това създава голямно неудобство за пълноценно преживяване на морския елемент от почивката.

+: The location was excellent, right next to the main, and next to the beach. The food was very good, varied, and they tried to mix it up everyday. We had a few people in our group who have certain issues around food and buffets, but each and every one of us was able to find something tasty to eat at every mealtime. I never understand why people complain about All inclusives having a slightly samey buffet, it's not easy to satisfy everyone, but this hotel sure tried its very best to make sure they did. We loved Turkish night, French night, and every variation that was offered. The lunchtime snackbar also provided some lovely lunchtime food that you could eat while looking out at the beach.Eveyone who served us did so with a smile. The room service lady was fantastic, and when I had made a request to reception and they had messaged her, she saw me in the corridoor, nowhere near my room, and recognised me, and assured me that my request would be taken care of, and it was.The lady who served us at breakfast and lunch was amazing, making a fuss of our 8 year old, and making sure we had a table of eight waiting for us every morning, and if required, at the snackbar at lunch. She had our juice waiting for us in the morning, and made sure we all had coffees brought to us as soon as we finished our last one.Wherever you sat in the hotel grounds if you asked one of the staff to bring you a drink they did, whether it was in the grand reception area, the poolside, or even on the pier over the sea, they served you with a smile and cleared your empty glassesdishes.A place this large is hard to keep looking tidy, but the grounds staff were out every day trimming trees, weeding flowerbeds and generally keeping the place looking clean and smart.The entertainment team worked hard all day and evening to make sure that anyone who wanted to join in the fun had an opportunity to do so. We didn't join in much, but enjoyed watching others. AMAZING STAY!!

-: Reception staff when booking us in were efficient, but could have maybe understood that arriving at 12:30am, we were travel weary and could have been less abrupt, and more friendly. When you arrive in a quiet and dark hotel at that time of night, you are a little shaky, and everything seems strange. You just need the kind of friendly service that we got during the rest of the stay. However, nothing they did was wrong, it was just a little lacking in empathy perhaps. There wasn't a queue of people to get through, we had not arrived on a coach, we had hired cars, and so it was only us being checked in at that time. We also understood from their website and app that the night buffet for people arriving and leaving late at night was advertised as being served at 2am. However, the night reception staff told us it wouldn't be laid up until 3am. We all decided to find our rooms, then come down for the night buffet as we were all hungry. When we found it, it was just a few plates of sliced meat, some old bread rolls, and basic salad. This was all food that would have been prepared by the evening staff, and could have been brought out for us and the cling film removed at 2am or even earlier to save us waiting up for it. There was no-one else at that buffet, so it seemed pointless to make us wait up for it, making us all extremely tired on our first day. Again, we were given food, so no complaint about that, but it seemed like another lack of empathy for weary travellers, and certainly not the kind and caring service we received for the rest of our trip. There were a few times during the day where there was no food on offer. It's not a major problem, but there were a couple of times when our kids had missed a mealtime for one reason or other, and would have liked to order some chips or had a snack. It's not a major complaint, because the food was plentiful, but maybe ice cream and snacks could have been available all day.

+: Świetni, sympatyczni barmani! Obsługa hotelowa bardzo profesjonalna. DJ na basenie gra bardzo przyjemną muzykę. Bogaty program animacji. Przepięknie zaaranżowany ogród, wieczorem bardzo ładnie podświetlane baseny i całe otoczenie hotelowe. W hotelu jest bardzo czysto. Bardzo blisko hotelu, co piątek, odbywa się bazar turecki. Atrakcje typu bilard, kręgle, maszyny są dodatkowo płatne.

-: Klimatyzacja praktycznie nie działała w pokoju. Polecam brać pokoje z widokiem na ogród lub basen, od ulicy jest baardzo głośno. Słaba kawa (w ekspresach same kawy rozpuszczalne).
