-: Staff , hotel exactly living problem with unprofessional staff (of course not all,restaurant staffs were very kind and helpful) but housekeeping and night mananeger young man,very unprofessional and unrespectful guy 👎🏻.Hope hotel owner will see that comment. if he want to hotel's has be normal hospitalty ,so firstly improve staff they must be very polite and prefesional and hotel improvement of course. If can solve that problem for next customers they will not live same problem. about the reseption Bülent ,he doesn't to know how to talk customer,from the check in time till leaving hotel I was living this problem,he was very unrespectful and does not know he converstation. he introduced yourself hotel manager, he doesnt know how is must be talk customer and solve problem and unfortunately,he didn’t know customer service and how to do the business properly.

+: Quarto espaçoso e espaços exteriores com boas dimensões.

-: Casa de banho suja. Piscina fecha às 19h e não nos deixaram mergulhar apesar de ainda não serem 19h. Quarto aquece muito durante a noite com o AC desligado

+: Hotel bonito, en recepción muy amables resolviendo dudas, buena limpieza y comfort.

+: personeller çok kibar ve iyi kalplidir. Biz çok memnun kaldık. Çalış playjı ve merkeze de çok yakın mesafededir. İnşallah yine geliriz. Çok teşekkürler.

+: Nice pool and you get what you pay for with the room. Enough to be a comfortable stay

-: Being locked in the hotel lift. Eventually, the power came back after 5 minutes and it moved. However, when I raised this with a member of the reception staff they were less than sympathetic and didn't even apopologised, but said "There is a handset in the lift you can use to contact the receptionist". It was a very dramatic experience which in the heat of 35 degrees plus in the lift, could have been alot worse if I had been locked in the lift for a longer time.

+: Calidad-precio está muy bien. La habitación era espaciosa, cómoda y agradable. Aire acondicionado y un pequeño balcón. El buffet del desayuno variado, saludable y muy rico.

-: La ubicación está muy bien si llevas coche sino el hotel está apartado de la ciudad.

+: Property was very close to calis beach walking time approx 10mins. Bus stop was 5 mins walk. All staff were extremely polite. Pool was also fantastic.

-: Nothing to complain about. The room was basic but clean. Fresh towels every two days.
