-: The worst location ( even taxi drivers can't get to the tiny small streets were the hotel is located).The actual room look nothing like it was shown in the pictures .Old furniture.Old dirty towels,bed sheets....

+: Die Terrasse zum Frühstücken ist super

-: Leider ist die Lage, wenn man mit Gepäck anreist, sehr ungünstig. Keiner konnte uns zu der Adresse hinführen, kein Taxi konnte uns zu der Adresse fahren, weil es keine direkt Verbindung zum Hotel gibt, nur Enge Gassen, das quasi mit einem Auto schon komplett "zugeparkt" ist.Der Service im Hotel war für den Preis leider nicht gut. Beim Zimmerservice wurde nichts gewechselt.Der Kühlschrank war kaputt und das Wasser lief beim Duschen nicht ab, da die Dusche verstopft war, bzw. Nur sehr langsam abfloss.

+: We arrived in the city in the early hours and had a simple checkin which is what you want at that time of night after a long journey. Communication with the staff before arrival was excellent.

-: All I could say is it was a little tricky for our taxi driver to find.

+: The property looks good and in the center of everything. The staffs where super amazing 🤩 most especially Sinan, he’s friendly and made sure you can access every place in Istanbul. He also gave me his Public transportation card to use.

-: Honestly nothing bad to say, just that there is no lift, you have to walk the stairs.

+: War sehr saubere hotel. Der typ Sinan war sehr nett und sehr freundlich. Danke nochmal ❤️

+: We stayed in 2 different rooms in this hotel. The first one was standard, on the first floor. It was clean and had good size for 2 people. But it was super close to reception, so you can hear everyone who come and leave and the view wasn’t great at all. Then we moved to deluxe room with sea view. The difference was dramatic. Lots of natural light, good view, and just energy in general was much better. Also clean, with small fridge, teapot and complimentary tea. Ac was handy. Location is good, walking distance to Galata Tower.

-: Price and availability of rooms in booking.com defers from what they say in hotel. I was trying to get family room and even it was available on booking.com on reception it was stated clear that this room is not available. Also it’s cheaper to book via booking.com. Check in time isn’t very convenient, we had to wait until 2 pm to move in another room. Cleaning was not offered during our stay. Breakfast is ok, no buffet, no much variety. Also what worried me a bit was a sign in both rooms stated that guests should keep their values in safe and administration have no responsibility if something will get stolen. I wasn’t even thinking that something can be stolen until I saw that sign.
